Meet Sarah
I'm Sarah Schenk, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in anxiety, ADHD, and autism in women. I have specialty training in integrative psychiatry, nutrition and lifestyle medicine, and psychotherapy. I understand the sensitivities that come with neurodivergence and anxiety, and I offer tailored, integrative support designed for how YOUR brain works. Learn more about me here.
How I Help
My approach is thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to you. Together, we look at the full picture. Of course we’ll discuss your symptoms, but I’ll also want to know about your sleep, stress, nutrition, habits, relationships, and environment. If you’re new to mental health care and seeking a holistic provider who understands you, or you’re tired of feeling rushed, dismissed, or reduced to a diagnosis in 10 minute med visits, we might be a good fit.

We take a deep dive into your mental health using a whole-person lens—looking at biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors. Based on your unique needs, we may incorporate lab testing, nutrition, supplements, medication, or other integrative tools to build a long-term treatment plan together. Integrative care is ideal for those with neurodiverse brains. First up is a 90 minute intake, and follow ups vary based on your clinical need- anywhere from 25-50 minute appointments. Please note that while I do not provide formal neuropsychiatric testing, I can refer you if we decide that it is necessary.
